GATWICK AIRPORT PICK UP SERVICE

We offer a free courtesy transport service to and from Gatwick Belmont Hotel and Gatwick Airport. Our courtesy pick-up service from Gatwick Airport operates between 9 am and 9 pm. Outside these hours you can get an airport taxi for about £6.50, which takes 5 minutes.

SOUTH TERMINAL PICKUP POINT

Arriving at South Terminal, here’s how to find the freephone:

From the terminal follow the exit and look for sign BUS STOP No.11. Make your way to the ground level, cross over the road and down steps, where you see the sign saying HOTELS COURTESY COACHES. Beside the sign is a phone box and, above it, a list of Gatwick Guest House, B&B and Hotel accommodation.

Look for BELMONT HOUSE and dial the code stated (64000). Tell the receptionist at which terminal you are. If you are not sure, look at the bottom of the board with the list of Gatwick hotels, where it will say ‘You are at South Terminal’.

NORTH TERMINAL PICK UP POINT

If you arrive in the North Terminal, to find the freephone to book your courtesy pick-up service:
Follow the exit out of the terminal building on the ground floor. Cross over the first road and turn left. Walk until you see the sign HOTELS COURTESY COACHES beside the sign is a phone box and above it, a list of Guest House accommodation, B&Bs and Hotels. Look for BELMONT HOUSE and dial the code stated – 64000 and tell the receptionist at which airport terminal you are.

If you are not sure, look at the bottom of the board with the list of Gatwick hotels, where it will say ‘You are at North Terminal’. Please note that we offer a courtesy airport pick-up service, which can only be accessed by using the specific freephone. We will endeavour to get to you within 15 minutes but can take longer due to factors, such as heavy traffic conditions.
